How the Instant Invoice Generator Works
- Enter Your Info: Fill in your name, phone, and email. This will appear on the invoice as the sender.
- Enter Customer Info: Add your customer's name, phone, email, and address. This will be shown in the "To" section of the invoice.
- Add Invoice Items: For each product or service, enter a description and price. Add or remove lines as needed. The total updates automatically.
- Select Currency: Click the currency name next to the total to choose from a wide range of currencies. All prices and totals will update instantly.
- Upload a Logo (Optional): Add your business or personal logo for a professional touch. The logo is only used in your browser and never uploaded to a server.
- Add Comments: Enter any additional notes or comments for your customer.
- Export: Click Export Invoice to download a text version, or Export as PDF for a polished, printable invoice.
What the Finished PDF Looks Like
- Your logo (if uploaded) appears at the top right.
- "INVOICE" and the total are right-aligned for a classic look.
- Your info (sender) is shown on the right; customer info is on the left.
- All invoice items and comments are clearly listed.
- The currency and total are highlighted.
- At the bottom left, you'll see: Generated by SalesCircles.org: [date/time]
- Everything is formatted for clarity and professionalism, ready to print or email.
